Whitelabel

To configure whitelabel mode, go to HighGround → Advanced, then scroll down to the Whitelabel section.

Whitelabel mode hides HighGround from the WordPress admin sidebar and plugins list for all users except the ones you explicitly select. This is useful for agencies managing client sites, white-label resellers, or any situation where you don’t want other WordPress users knowing HighGround is installed.

Enable Whitelabel Mode

When enabled, HighGround disappears from the admin sidebar navigation and the Plugins page for every user on the site by default. Only the users you select below the toggle will continue to see and access HighGround. Everyone else will have no indication the plugin exists - no menu item, no plugin listing, nothing.

When disabled, HighGround is visible to all users with the appropriate WordPress permissions as usual.

Selecting Visible Users

After enabling whitelabel mode, a user selection interface appears where you choose which WordPress users retain access. Make sure to include yourself - if you enable whitelabel mode without selecting your own account, you’ll lose visibility of the plugin and will need to disable it via the database or by asking another selected user.

Saving

Click Save Settings to apply your changes. Whitelabel mode takes effect immediately for all users on the next page load.
