Auto Tag

To configure automatic tagging, go to HighGround → Settings, then click the SEO tab.

HighGround can automatically generate relevant tags for new posts using AI. The AI analyzes your post’s content and produces a set of descriptive, keyword-rich tags that help with internal organization and on-site search.

Auto Tag

When Enabled, HighGround automatically generates and assigns tags to every new post it creates. The AI pulls key topics, terms, and themes from the content and creates tags accordingly. When Disabled, new posts are created without tags unless you add them manually.

Tag Instructions

An optional free-text field where you can guide how the AI generates tags. This is useful for keeping your tag taxonomy consistent and intentional. For example, you might write “Limit to 3–5 tags per post,” “Reuse existing tags whenever possible before creating new ones,” or “Always include the primary product name as a tag.” If left blank, the AI uses its own judgment based on the post’s content.

Saving

Click Save Settings to apply your changes. These settings take effect on the next post HighGround creates. Existing post tags are not retroactively changed.
