How WooCommerce Support Works
WooCommerce features activate automatically when the plugin is detected and the Product post type is enabled.
Enable the Product Post Type
Go to HighGround → Settings and make sure the “Product” post type is enabled. If WooCommerce is active, HighGround detects it automatically and activates all product-specific features. No other setup required.
Update Products from the Products List
Click “Update With HighGround” on any product to access product-specific actions: Write Description, Write Short Description, Write Gallery Alt Text, Write Product Image Alt Text, Assign Tags, and Assign Categories. Run them individually or in combination.
Edit Inside the Product Editor
Open any product and use the “Edit With HighGround” toolbar on both the Product Description and Short Description fields. Write, rewrite, or refine content inline. Hover over any image in either field to generate a replacement.
Audit Products in Content Overview
Content Overview and Post Overview include WooCommerce-specific columns - Gallery Images, Gallery Images Without Alt Text, and Short Description. Filter by WooCommerce categories and tags, and open the edit modal on any product row without leaving the overview.
Configure Review Moderation
Set up AI moderation and auto-replies for WooCommerce reviews the same way you do for comments. Optionally set a minimum rating threshold - reviews below it are disapproved automatically without spending credits.

Content Overview supports WooCommerce categories and tags automatically - filter and sort products the same way you filter posts. Click “Edit With HighGround” on any product row and the WooCommerce edit modal opens, giving you full AI editing capabilities without navigating to the product editor.
WooCommerce Review Moderation & Replies
The same AI moderation you use for comments, now with a minimum rating threshold built for product reviews.
Review moderation works the same way as comment moderation. Define how and when reviews are approved, and the AI replies to them in your configured voice. Both features are independently toggleable.
The minimum rating threshold lets you set a floor (for example, 3 stars). Any review below it is automatically disapproved - no AI processing, no credits spent. Reviews that meet the threshold are evaluated and replied to normally.
AI Review Moderation
Every incoming review is evaluated by AI against your custom criteria. Legitimate reviews are approved, spam and irrelevant reviews are flagged. Works alongside WooCommerce’s built-in review system.
Minimum Rating Threshold
Set a minimum star rating for reviews to be considered. Reviews below the threshold are automatically disapproved without any AI processing - no credits spent. Only reviews that meet your minimum are evaluated and replied to.
