How SEO Automation Works
Configure your preferences once. Every post gets fully optimized SEO fields from that point forward.
Open the SEO Tab
Go to HighGround → Settings → SEO. HighGround automatically detects your active SEO plugin (Yoast, Rank Math, or All In One SEO) and displays a confirmation at the top of the page. No manual plugin connection is needed.
Enable the Fields You Want Automated
Toggle on the SEO features you want HighGround to handle: Auto SEO Title, Auto Meta Description, Auto Open Graph Tags, and Auto Focus Keyword. Each one writes directly to your SEO plugin’s fields - the same fields you’d normally fill in by hand.
Customize Your Title Template (Optional)
The Title Template field controls the format of your auto-generated SEO titles. Variables like %title%, %sep%, and %sitename% are available. This defaults to your SEO plugin’s existing format, but you can override it here for AI-generated posts without changing your plugin’s global setting.
