Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager

Full-time Remote

We're looking for someone who can identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients - understanding their challenges, communicating what High Ground does, and building relationships that turn into long-term partnerships.

What you'll do

  • Identify and research potential clients who could benefit from AI-powered solutions
  • Lead discovery calls and qualify inbound leads
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities from first touch to signed agreement
  • Collaborate with the team to craft proposals and scope projects
  • Represent High Ground at events, in communities, and across digital channels

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships - ideally in tech, agencies, or SaaS
  • You can explain complex technical services in plain language
  • Proven track record of building pipeline and closing deals
  • Self-starter who thrives without micromanagement
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and how it's changing business
Outreach Specialist

Outreach Specialist

Full-time Remote

We need someone who can get High Ground in front of the right people. You'll own our outbound strategy - crafting messages, building targeted lists, running campaigns, and booking meetings that the Business Development team can close.

What you'll do

  • Build and execute outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Research and build targeted prospect lists by industry, company size, and pain point
  • Write compelling outreach copy that starts real conversations
  • Track and optimize campaign performance - open rates, reply rates, meetings booked
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager to keep the pipeline full

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in outbound sales, lead generation, or growth marketing
  • Strong writing skills - you can write cold emails people actually reply to
  • Experience with outreach tools (Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, or similar)
  • Data-driven mindset with a bias toward testing and iterating
  • Interest in AI and emerging technology - you don't need to be an expert, but you should be curious
Full Stack Developer

Full Stack Developer

Full-time Remote

We're looking for a developer who can build end-to-end - from database to UI - and isn't afraid of AI. You'll work on client projects ranging from custom web apps and SaaS products to AI-powered tools and automations. Every project is different, and you'll have real ownership over the technical decisions.

What you'll do

  • Build and ship web applications, internal tools, and AI-integrated products for clients
  • Work across the stack - PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS on the front end; APIs, databases, and server config on the back end
  • Integrate AI APIs, LLMs, and automation platforms into production systems
  • Collaborate directly with founders and clients - no telephone game
  • Use AI-assisted development workflows to move fast without cutting corners

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of full stack development experience
  • Strong with PHP, JavaScript, and modern CSS - WordPress experience is a plus
  • Comfortable working with APIs (REST, webhooks, third-party integrations)
  • Experience with or strong interest in AI/LLM integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
  • Self-directed - you can take a loose spec and turn it into a working product
  • Clear communicator who can talk to non-technical clients without the jargon
