Business Development Manager
We're looking for someone who can identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients - understanding their challenges, communicating what High Ground does, and building relationships that turn into long-term partnerships.
What you'll do
- Identify and research potential clients who could benefit from AI-powered solutions
- Lead discovery calls and qualify inbound leads
- Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities from first touch to signed agreement
- Collaborate with the team to craft proposals and scope projects
- Represent High Ground at events, in communities, and across digital channels
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships - ideally in tech, agencies, or SaaS
- You can explain complex technical services in plain language
- Proven track record of building pipeline and closing deals
- Self-starter who thrives without micromanagement
- Genuine curiosity about AI and how it's changing business
